5. Returns & Refunds

Returned products must generally be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For eligible returns covered by our return policy, Velique Carry will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

If a return is requested because the customer placed an incorrect order or otherwise requests a return outside the eligible return conditions, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
